Sandeep is a Chartered Certified Accountant and also holds an MBA from a leading business school. A wealth of financial experience and passionate about the development of grassroots sports. Qualifications (in date): Safeguarding For Committee Members.

Keith brings a wealth of experience to the role, being a long-standing committee member of the Eton Wick FC senior team. Qualifications (in date): Safeguarding Children Training; Safeguarding For Committee Members; Safeguarding For All; Safeguarding Adults. Enhanced DBS certificate

Growing up in South Africa, Leon played football from aged six and was later picked up as a promising goalkeeper to play in national youth sides. In fact, he was part of the first-ever team to represent South Africa at The Milk Cup NI (now the Super Cup NI) – a prestigious youth cup held in Northern Ireland. He signed as a professional aged 16 for Bidvest Wits (formerly Wits University FC) and then moved to Silver Stars FC. It was here that Leon caught the attention of Tottenham Hotspur and, in 2001, he was invited for an extended trial under manager Glenn Hoddle. Despite a contract offer, Leon had to leave the UK six months later after being denied a work permit. Leon eventually pursued other interests away from football but has now turned to coaching. This includes working at another club for the past five years running his eldest son’s team (U7 to U12), so he brings a lot of experience to Eton Wick Youth FC. Leon’s personal coaching aspirations include obtaining the UEFA goalkeeping licence.

Football runs in the blood for Marian, his father was an ex-pro back in Romania (his brother also made it as a professional playing in Romania and Italy). Marian turned professional with his local side Bacau Town Juniors aged 16 and made the senior team two years later, when Bacau were in the Second Division. As a tenacious full back, he helped them gain promotion to the Romanian top flight. After a few years he opted for a new challenge away from football and settled in the UK, where he turned out for Real Romania FC in the Hackney & Leyton Sunday League. Marian holds the Introduction to Coaching Football qualification and coaches the players based on these standards. He is a keen West Ham and Romania fan.
